Job Opportunity: Full-Time Client Care Representative
Location: Brockville, Ontario
Type: Full-Time
Hours: 30–40 hours per week

- Proficient in telephone and computer skills (experience with Avimark veterinary software is an asset).
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and professionalism, particularly in challenging situations.
- Provide outstanding client care by greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and team members.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the reception area and other daily administrative tasks.
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in a veterinary hospital or a related field.
